First and foremost: what is a super food?
By definition, a super food is a term used to describe food with high nutrient content or phytochemical compounds and has positive properties known to promote healthy living.
Now that we know what a super food is, lets identify what super foods are and why they are considered elite in there food groups.
- Green Tea
The foods above are elite in their food groups, being nutrient rich and low in calorie content. Fish is a super food because its a low fat, high protein meat and a good source of Omega 3, which cannot be found in other meat options like steak or chicken.
